|Garry Leroy Fowler, Sr.|
Garry Leroy Fowler, Sr. age 66, passed from this life on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Medical Center Hospital. He was born in Odessa on December 13, 1947 to the late Leroy George Fowler and Yoma Joyce (West) Fowler. He was a patriot who served his country both in the Marines and Air Force during the Vietnam War. Garry married Jacquline Adams in Odessa on December 31, 2001. He was a member of Zion Christian Church.
A carpenter, Garry loved to work with his hands. He enjoyed watching old Westerns and was a Clint Eastwood fan. He liked to play video poker, regular poker and loved to go fishing. Garry called bingo for many years at the VFW. He was a life member who greatly enjoyed any opportunity to help a fellow vet. Very giving and big hearted, he delivered food and supplies to Presidio. He was dedicated to the boys. His greatest wish was fulfilled in reuniting Chad and Clarence.
He is survived by his wife: Jacquline “Jackie” Fowler of Odessa; seven sons: Garry Fowler, Jr. of Troy, TX, and Larry Johnson and wife Kara, Chad Fowler and wife Rebecca, Clarence Fowler and wife Kayla, and Travis Watson, all of Odessa; and Blane Shepker of Andrews and Dustin Pierce of Oklahoma City, OK; three daughters: Melissa Fowler of Troy, Felicia Fowler of Wichita, KS, and Teloa Martin and husband Keith of Odessa; brother: Robert Fowler and wife Sylvia of Odessa; sister: Bette Sue Fowler of Odessa; numerous grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and his dog and faithful companion: B.B.
Funeral services with military honors are scheduled for 10:00 am Monday, April 28, 2014 at Acres West Funeral Chapel, officiated by Bro. Dewey Blevins. Arrangements are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel and Crematory, 8115 W. University Blvd. Odessa.
|Michael Gray "Mike" Ferrini|
A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away was a man named Michael Gray Ferrini. Born July 20, 1947 and beamed up to heaven April 23, 2014. Mike was ahead of his time. An advocate of technology and a science fiction enthusiast, he had a deep passion for computers, space, robotics, but most of all his family. Mike was intelligent with an inventive, creative mind. He had a huge heart and was a very honest person. His sense of humor was advanced and unique. Mike was an entrepreneur at heart with many innovative ideas and companies still in existence today. He was a mechanic for many years specializing in BMWs. Mike was a proud American and while serving in the U.S. Army he met his wife of 44 years, Susan Haines.
Mike was born in Rochester, New York to Madeline and Louis Ferrini. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Christopher.
He is survived by his wife Susan Ferrini, sons Jamie Ferrini of The Woodlands, Kevin Ferrini and wife Nicole of El Paso, daughters Michelle Ferrini and husband Mauricio Orona, Laurie Ferrini, Meghan Gautreaux of Odessa, grandchildren Chrysten and Kelsey Pando, Katherine Fierro, Ryan, Brooke, and Vinnie Ferrini, and soon to come great granddaughter, Madelynne Jane, and many extended family members. Mike was a member of the Patriot Guard Riders, loved riding his motorcycle, and was a devoted father and husband. You are sorely missed. To family and friends, live long and prosper.

Yulianna Suzanna Mendoza, an infant, was born and carried straight to Heaven on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa. She is the daughter of Areceli Garcia and Juan Mendoza.
She is also survived by her grandfather: Joe Ramirez of Mexico, her sister: Abrianna Rosaline Mendoza of Odessa, and numerous extended family members.
Her maternal grandparents: Senaida C. Garcia and Vic Manuel Garcia, preceded her to her heavenly home.
Visitation will be Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Acres West 24 Hour Chapel beginning at 3:00 pm. Graveside services will be 9:00 am Monday, April 28, 2014 at Los Angeles Gardens Section of Ector County Cemetery, officiated by Roddy Muñoz. Arrangements are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel.

Tina Deneen Jones, age 49, of Odessa, passed away on Monday, April 28, 2014 at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa. She was born in Odessa on Friday, November 20, 1964 to Sue and Wesley “Buck” Jones, Sr. Tina was a Permian High School graduate.
A fighter and a go-getter, she was the Senior 911 Dispatch Supervisor for the Odessa Police Department for nineteen and a half years until her illness made her take medical leave in November of 2013. Tina enjoyed scrapbooking. She loved her family and enjoyed having family get togethers. She was always “Aunt T” to everyone, and she and her niece called each other “sista”. An animal lover, her poodles Kody and Skyler were special to her. She had a heart of gold and was a very giving woman who will be dearly missed.
Those left to cherish her love and memory are parents: Sue and Wesley “Buck” Jones, Sr. of Odessa; brother: Wesley Dee Jones, Jr. of Abilene; aunt: Patty Masse of Odessa; cousins: Shawn Windham and wife Carice, Toni Jones, Mike Crawford and wife Charla, and Larry Crawford and wife Sandy, all of Odessa, and Schrea Holloway of Midland; nephew: McCoy Christopher Jones of Abilene; niece McKenna LeAnn Jones of Abilene; and numerous second cousins.
Tina was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Douglas Michael Davis, 62, of Odessa, passed away on April 26, 2014 at his residence. Douglas was born on October 20, 1951 to Robert A. Davis and Barbara Ann (Monk) Davis in Mexico, Missouri. Douglas was a retired teacher.
Douglas graduated from San Angelo State in 1974 where he received his BA in teaching and was a teacher at the Alternative Center and Bonham Jr. High until he retired. Douglas loved his kids Krystle and Hunter. He and Krystle got their black belts together in Tae Kwon Do and lifted weights and ran together. Douglas loved body building and working out, his favorite place to go was Neal’s Health Club where he was very well known. Everyone knew he had a reputation of being the toughest man in Odessa. Douglas was a people person who loved to talk. He enjoyed to building things.
Those left to cherish his memories are his parents: Barbara and Robert Davis of Fort Stockton, son: Hunter Michael Davis of Odessa, daughter: Krystle Mikayla Davis and lifelong partner Sylvia Limón Davis of San Antonio, and his brother: Pat Davis of Fort Stockton.

Kyle Lin Teal, loving son of Charles Luther Teal and Patsy Ann Travis Robinson passed into the hands of our Lord on April 26, 2014 at the age of 50. He was born in Vernal, Utah on August 26, 1963. Kyle worked for Lewis Casing Crews. He was Baptist.
His loving and fun character will be missed by his mother: Patsy Ann Travis Robinson of Buchanan Dam, TX; and siblings: Kala Teal McKenzie & Karl (Chuck) Teal of Kingsland, TX, Kelly Teal Barron of Monahans, TX and Karen Teal Smithee of Buchanan Dam, TX. Kyle will be missed by his extended family of nieces, nephews and adopted friends.

Jaylah Marie Rodriguez, an infant, was born in Odessa and passed on to be with Jesus on Monday, April 28, 2014. She was Heaven sent to her mother: Seferina Ann Rodriguez. Jaylah is much loved and will be missed.

Agricola G. Lujan, age 86, of Kermit, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa. She was born in Boquilla San Isidro, Chihuahua, Mexico on March 17, 1928 to the late Encarnacion and Victoria (Galindo) Lujan. She was a homemaker and a devoted member of the Catholic Church.
Agricola loved to cook and enjoyed singing to her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband: Saturnino Lujan of Kermit, son: Efren Lujan and wife Guadalupe of Kermit; daughter: Irma Valdez and husband Hermedejildo of Odessa; brother: Valente Lujan of Odessa, two sisters: Librada Rubio of Midland and Esequiel Villa of Lovington, NM, six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Agricola is preceded in death by her parents: Encarnacion and Victoria Lujan; brothers: Ramon Lujan, Basillio Lujan, Preciliano Lujan and Valentine Lujan; and one sister: Geronima Lujan Cruz.
Rosary will be said at 7:00 pm Thursday, May 01, 2014 at Acres West Funeral Chapel. On April 30, 2014 Our Lord and Savior called Lydia Jane home. Lydia Jane Blair-Cobb is the daughter of Ted and Lola Mae Blair. She was born on September 21, 1924. She went to Snyder High and to the Cogdell School of Nursing where she got her LVN license.
She is survived by her son Richard Lee Brown of Odessa, her daughter Pamela Joy and her son-in-law Vitale Justice of Odessa, her step children Charles D Cobb and Amanda Cobb, her sister Shirley Mae Brown & several grandkids and great grandkids. She also leaves behind many family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her mother and father, her husband Roland D Cobb, her son Ted Robert Luke Brown, her brothers Jarry Lee Blair and Donald Richard Blair and granddaughter Pamela Ann Justice.
She was a very loving mother and wife and a super star in the lives of her grandkids and great grandkids .She loved the Lord and had faith in Him even in her darkest days. Lydia is now in heaven waiting on all she leaves behind.

She was born in Atoka, OK on August 5, 1934 to J. T. and
Pearl (Hubbell) Wilson.
She was a leather purchasing agent for a boot company, later
becoming a designer.
