Le sobreviven su esposo el señor Salvador Mendoza, sus hijos Héctor Salvador Mendoza, Noel Mendoza y su esposa Brenda y Christian Anthony Mendoza; Ella tuvo ocho nietas: Hector Adrain, Jasmine Yvette, JoAnna Catalin, Noel Adrian, Ketzaly, Alexa Anahi, Christian y Alan. Le sobreviven también sus harmanos: Hector, Isaias, Pepe y sus hermanas: Hermilia, Emma, Sandra, Maria; sus hemanos fallecidos Heriberto, Elida, Esigfredo, Elisa y Herlinda.

Catalina Mendoza, age 63, of Odessa, TX passed from this life at Odessa Regional Medical Center on Saturday, February 11, 2017. She was born in Juarez, Mexico on Friday, February 13, 1953 to the late Pablo and Antonia (Salinas) Sosa. She was a homemaker.
Those left to cherish her love and memories are her beloved husband: Salvador Mendoza; sons: Hector Salvador Mendoza, Noel Mendoza and wife Brenda and Christian Anthony Mendoza; brothers: Isaias Sosa, Hector Sosa and Jose Sosa and wife Esther; sisters: Hermilia Zavala and husband Polo, Maria Brown and husband Charlie, Emma Salcido and husband Mario and Sandra Casado and husband Alejandro and eight grandchildren: Hector Adrain, Jasmin, JoAnna Catalin, Noel Adrian, Ketzaly, Alexa Anahi, Christian and Alan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Heriberto and Esigfredo Sosa and sisters: Elisa, Herlinda and Elida Sosa.

Eva S. Moreno, age 48, of Odessa passed away at her residence on Saturday, February 11, 2017. She was born in Odessa on April 29, 1968 to Cruz (Santiesteban) Moreno and the late Antonio R. Moreno. Eva worked as a manager for a local dry cleaning company.
Those left to cherish her love and memory are her mother: Cruz Moreno of Odessa; sisters: Sylvia Moreno and Norma Castillo, both of Odessa; brother: Ramon Moreno and wife Rosa of Boerne; beloved nieces and nephews: Enrique Montoya Jr., Andrea Castillo, Guillermo Montoya, Christopher Moreno, Rudy Moreno, Celeste Moreno, Flor Montoya, Nydia Castillo, Bianca Castillo, Kassandra Benavides, and Natalie Castillo; and numerous great-nieces and nephews.
Rosary will be recited at Acres West Funeral Chapel at 7:00 pm on Thursday, February 16, 2017. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am on Friday, February 17, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, officiated by Fr. Frank Chavez. Michael “Mike” Robert Sprayberry, age 53, of Odessa, TX passed from this life at his residence on Sunday, February 12, 2017. He was born in El Paso, TX on July 27, 1963 to Charles Edward and Roberta June (Gertson) Sprayberry. He was a Restaurant Manager at Warfield Truck Stop.
Michael was a caring man and loved his family very much. He enjoyed helping people off the street and would give them the shirt off of his back. He loved to eat and will be missed by everyone that knew him.
Those left to cherish his love and memories are his parents: Charles and Roberta Sprayberry; son: Casey Sprayberry; daughter: Katherine Sprayberry and brother: Tadd Sprayberry.
He was preceded in death by his son: Robert Alexander Sprayberry and grandparents: Leroy and Amanda Sprayberry and Robert and Mildred Gertson.

Elliott went to be with the lord on February 12, 2017. He was
born in Sierra Blanca, TX August 28, 1952. He began first grade at
the Masonic Home School in Ft. Worth and graduated from there in
1970. He worked in and around Sierra Blanca until he entered
the US Army from 1972 until he was discharged as a Spec 4 in 1974.
He worked on several ranches before he began his college career,
first in San Angelo at Angelo State University for two years then he
moved to Alpine to attend and graduate from Sul Ross State
University in 1979. He worked part time for Cato Gage while
attending college. In the summer of 1979 he began working for Lance
Sears at the Sears Ranch in Alpine where he worked until his death.
his life living on the Sears Ranch, being with his kids playing
baseball, softball, stock showing, and rodeoing. There are many
great stories told of the fun times playing golf and fishing with
his family and friends.
He is survived
by his wife, Ginger Elliott; a daughter, Rexann Johnson; a son,
Brian Elliott; two granddaughters, Madison
Elliott and Hadley Johnson; a sister, Patricia Bramblett; two
brothers, Jack Allen and Bill Elliott; a mother in law, Ellen
Tidwell; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded
in death by his Mother, Deed Elliott; father, Vern Elliott Sr.;
and two brothers, John Allen and Dean Elliott.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Services are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel.

Jerry Don McBee, age 77, of Odessa, TX, passed from this life at Deerings Nursing and Rehabilitation on Wednesday, February 15, 2017. He was born in Sherman, TX on September 19, 1939 to the late Vernon Cecil and Eleanor Lorene (Bailey) McBee.
Those left to cherish his love and memories are his daughter: Cheryl Erwin and husband David; best friend and ex wife: Judith Fischer; four grandchildren: Charles Fischer Sr. and wife Rachel, Priscilla Vinet and spouse Cade Morris, Sabrina Thompson, Tiffany Evans and husband Jared and seven great-grandchildren: Aerinana and Charles Jr. Fischer, Zachery Taylor, Dylan Collier, Bryleigh Scott and Landon Evans.

Hilda Mary (Friemel) Coldewey, age 87, of Odessa, TX, passed from this life on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Continue Care Hospital in Midland, TX. She was born in Lubbock, TX on Sunday, May 19, 1929 to the late Alfred and Josephine (Schramn) Friemel. Hilda was a bookkeeper for 32 years at Merchant Motor Freight.
Those left to cherish her love and memories are her beloved husband: Norman Coldewey of Odessa; daughter: Betty Draper and husband John of Abilene; brother: Marvin Friemel of Andrews; and grandchildren: Caleb Draper and wife Lindsey and Rachael Draper, all of Abilene.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: William and Paul.

She was born in Flora, IL on Saturday, May 11, 1940 to the late William Austin and Ella Irene (Thompson) Loveland. She was a homemaker, beloved wife, mother, aunt and grandmother.
Those left to cherish her love and memories are her husband of 50 years: Gordon Hawkins; daughters: Billie Jones and Rhonda Canon; son: Roland Colclasure; six grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and four sisters.

Sandra May Amos, age 71, of Odessa, passed away peacefully at her residence in the early morning hours of Saturday, February 18, 2017. She was born in Seattle, WA on September 29, 1945 to the late Thomas Edward and May Willow (Long) McIntire. She married Jerry Amos in Odessa on June 13, 1992 and they enjoyed almost 25 years together. She was a homemaker, beloved wife, mother and grandmother.
Those left to cherish her love and memory are her husband: Jerry Amos of Odessa; three sons: Sam Bullock and wife Denise of Saudi Arabia, Jason Bullock of Alaska, and Michael Bullock of Odessa; daughter: Kathleen Burleson and husband Sam of Willis, TX; grandchildren: Amanda, Sam, Kevin, Michelle, Michael, Marie and Jeremy; and eleven great-grandchildren.

Tammy Elizabeth Long, age 42, passed from this life on February 19, 2017 at her residence in Odessa. She was born in Jeannette, PA on June 19, 1974 to Cynthia Guy and the late James Long Fowler. She attended Shiloh Christian School and did medical training in Monroeville, PA.
Tammy had a big heart. She didn't have much, but would give whatever was needed to help others, especially her family. Tammy had a wonderful sense of humor and an infectious laugh. She loved Boston terriers and loved to travel.
Those left to cherish her love and memories are her mother and father: Cynthia and Michael Lovelace; two daughters: Celeste Eve Brown and Cheyenne Elisa Lara; brother: James Edward Long; best friend: Sherry Paxton; and granddaughter: Carmen Eve Carranza, all of Odessa. She also leaves behind her beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family in Pennsylvania.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Tom Art Lara; father: James Long Fowler; and daughter: Elizabeth May Long.

John “Bear” William Everhart II, age 60, of Odessa, TX, passed from this life on Sunday, February 19, 2017. He was born in Van Nuys, Ca on Friday, September 14, 1956 to John William Sr. and Barbara Ann (Swinney) Everhart.
Bear was a loving father and grandfather. He always made sure they never did without. He loved hunting and teaching his grandson about gun safety and hunting. Bear also enjoyed gardening. He never met a stranger and was willing and ready to help. Bear took great and loving care of his mom and pop. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.
Those left to cherish his love and memories are his beloved wife: Sylvia Ann (Stringer) Everhart; son: William Eric Everhart; daughter: Tanya Nicole Everhart-Moreno and husband Hector Daniel; mother: Barbara Ann Pate and husband V. Ray “Pop” Pate; step-mother: Penny Everhart; step-brothers: Danny and Tony Pate, Tony Russi, Scott Michael and Tony Gaswell; sisters: Vera Howell and husband Robert “Mike”; step-sisters: Tracy Boyles and Charity Huskey, as well as two grandchildren: Hayden William Everhart-Moreno and Haylee-Ann Hope Moreno; uncles: Benny Everhart, Oliver Everhart and Kenneth Swinney; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father: John William Everhart Sr.

David Allen Dixon, age 62, passed away at his home in Odessa on Tuesday, February 21, 2017. He was born in Weatherford, TX on March 19, 1954 to J. D. and Mary (Woods) Dixon. David married Mary Crosby in Odessa September 14, 1970. David was a US Navy veteran and he worked for ECISD as a substitute teacher.
Those left to cherish his love and memory are his wife: Mary Dixon; two sons: Shane Dixon and wife Sarah and Joey Dixon and wife Leslie; brother: Darrell Rhyne; two sisters: Janet Franklin and Vicky Frazier; all of Odessa. He also leaves behind six grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at Greenfield Acres Baptist Church at 7:00 pm on Friday, February 24, 2017, officiated by Brother Mike Bartlett. A pot luck reception follows the memorial services at Greenfield Acres. Arrangements are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel.
