He was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on Wednesday, April 13, 1966 to the late Donald Ray Benham and Joyce Lorene Patterson. Jeffery had his CDL and worked as a driver and a diesel mechanic.

Those left to cherish her love and memories are her beloved husband of 32 years: Carl Dismuke of Odessa and daughter: Crystal (Henderson) Recoy and husband Larry of Odessa; sisters: Shirley Smalley Enoksen and Patricia Morton; cousins: Jean Bilbrey, Connie Everhart, Roger Bilbrey, Jackie Bilbrey, Dorothy Tipton and Debbie Register; uncle: Martin Collom and wife Linda and best friends: LeAnn Logan and Sarah Speed, as well as numerous cousins and friends.

Agustina Hinostroza Palacio, age 75, of Ocampo, Mexico, passed away in Odessa, TX on Friday, March 3, 2017 at Medical Center Hospital. She was born in Ejido Los Alamos, Coahuila, Mexico on August 28, 1941 to the late Librado and Manuela (Palacio) Hinostroza. She was a homemaker.
Her parents and her husband, Eliezer Rodriguez Carrasco, precede her in death.
She is survived by her children: Eliazar Rodriguez Hinostroza, Rolando Rodriguez Hinostroza, Maria Rodriguez Hinostroza, Teresa Rodriguez Hinostroza and Rosaura Rodriguez Hinostroza; brothers: Francisco and Concepcion Hinostroza Palacio; sisters: Carmen Hinostroza Palacio and Bertha Hinostroza Palacio; fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Charles Ray Derrick, age 64, of Mentone, TX passed from this life in Mentone on Friday, March 3, 2017. He was born in Roswell, NM on April 21, 1952 to Dale and Eva (Boker) Derrick. He was a pumper in the oilfield and has also worked as a short order cook.
Charles was the love of Regena's life and they enjoyed 23 years together. Charles was a simple man who enjoyed the outdoors, camping and looking for treasures.
Those left to cherish his love and memories are his nephews: Bobby Ray Porter, Dale Lee Porter, and Jeremy Lynn Derrick; numerous great-nieces and nephews; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; step-son: William Biles and wife Stephanie; step-daughters: Barby Shahan and husband Russell, Sherrie Haygood and husband Scott and LeAnn Patterson and husband Russell; and step mother-in-law: Reta Wills.

Estelle Laverne (Moore) Stanfield, age 85, of Odessa, TX passed from this life in Abilene, TX on March 4, 2017. She was born in Canyon, TX on July 20, 1931 to the late Normal Andrew and Annie Belle (Blackwell) Moore. Laverne worked as a food supervisor in healthcare. She married James Fillmore Stanfield in 1947 and they had four children.
Laverne was a member of the West University Church of Christ. She loved her church family and her friends. She enjoyed having her family come to visit, as well as traveling across the country in the RV. Bluegrass festivals were a favorite holiday.
Those left to cherish her love and memories are her children: James F. Stanfield Jr. of Odessa, Judy Garrett of Arkansas, Jackie Stanfield and wife Enola of Hawley, TX and Patti Sue McGuire of Odessa; sister Louise McGown; and eleven grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren, and seven great-great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, James F. Stanfield, Sr., her second husband: Archie Lumpkin, and her brother, Joe A. Moore.

She was born in Midland, TX on September 29, 1957 to the late Ysaias and Jesusita (Natividad) Yharte. Elena married Andy Ramos in Midland on June 5, 1984. She has worked for the Superwash as a delivery driver these past five years.
Those left to cherish her love and memories are her husband of 33 years: Andy Ramos; three daughters: Andrea Dominguez and husband Epifanio, Adriana Ramos, and Audrey Varela and husband Rodulpho; brothers: Alfred Yharte, Lucio Yharte, and Ysaias Yharte, Jr.; and sisters: Gloria Rodriguez, Patsy Diaz, and Hope Yharte.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Manuel Yharte.

Savino Navarrette Garcia, age 91, passed from this life at his home in Odessa on Saturday, March 4, 2017. He was born in Alpine, TX on December 30, 1925 to the late Ignacio and Concepcion Garcia. He married Josefa Flores in Carlsbad, NM in 1950 and they had enjoyed 67 years of marriage. He was a retired machinist and had worked for Basin Machine.
Those left to cherish his love and memories are his beloved wife: Josefa Garcia of Odessa; three sons: Richard F. Garcia, Joe F. Garcia, and Steven F. Garcia, all of Odessa; three daughters: Mary Jo Pineda of Odessa, Gloria Camarena of San Antonio, and Christina Garcia of California; sister: Juanita Navarrette of Carlsbad, NM; sixteen grandchildren; thirty-four great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.

March 5, 2017. He was born in Shamrock, TX on Saturday, August 22,
1942 to the late Truman and Levie (Nelson) Smith.
Ronald was a hardworking man. He worked in the oilfield for almost 50 years, starting out as a roughneck and working his way to area manager with Patterson UTI. Ronald enjoyed spending time with his family, Boston terrier Julie and aggravating his grandkids. He loved going to the lake and fishing. Ronald was also a fan of pro football and anyone who didn’t like the Dallas Cowboys. He loved fast cars and owned several GTO’s, as well as a Corvette back in the day.
Those left to cherish his love and memories are his beloved wife of 53 years: Pat (Bonner) Smith; son: Gary Prestidge and wife Starla; daughters: Ronda Schilling and husband Scotty and Amy O’Neal and spouse Steve Budzise; brother: Jack Smith as well as 8 grandchildren: Derek, Blair, B.J. Brandon, Meagan, Douglass, Stevie, and Sadie and numerous great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sons: Terry Smith and Dennis Prestidge.

Russell Don “Rusty” Inzer, age 55, of Odessa, TX passed from this life at Medical Center Hospital surrounded by friends and family on Monday, March 6, 2017. He was born in Lubbock, TX on January 2, 1962 to Robert and Nadine (Young) Inzer.
Rusty was a great son, brother, father, grandfather and uncle to his family. Always the prankster and the shoulder to cry on if needed. He was there for anyone that needed a helping hand. Rusty was very passionate about almost any sport. If he wasn’t playing, he was officiating or coaching. The impact he had on so many athletes was amazing. He cared very deeply about bettering the kids and wanted them to be the best in their sport. Rusty was an active member of Sherwood Baptist Church, where he helped to start a bowling league to raise money for missions teams.
Rusty is survived by his parents: Robert and Nadine Inzer of Odessa; children: Whitney Langenstrass of Odessa, Russell Inzer and wife Tiffany of Savannah, GA, Zachery Inzer of Odessa, Hunter Inzer of Andrews, Emily Inzer of Odessa, Jacquelyn Inzer of Odessa, Abigail Inzer of Odessa; brothers: Tommy Inzer and wife Angie and Bobby Inzer and wife Christey, both of Odessa; 5 grandchildren: Amelia, Caroline, Josephine, Adie and Paxton; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends that were seen as family.

Ashley Nicole Fornash Thompson, age 30, was called home by God on Monday, March 6, 2017. She was born on November 22, 1986 to Jim and LaDonna Fornash.
Ashley’s favorite thing to do was laugh and make memories with her family and friends. She was an amazing daughter, sister, aunt and best friend. Ashley had a unique personality that everyone was drawn to and she loved her job as a bartender. She will be greatly missed.
